This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Delray Beach, Florida.

The Delray Beach Housing Authority (DHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for Island Cove from April 24, 2023, until 200 applications were received. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $32,200 | 5 Persons $49,700
• 2 Persons $36,800 | 6 Persons $53,400
• 3 Persons $41,400 | 
• 4 Persons $46,000 | 

Preferences have not been confirmed.

200 selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighted by preferences.
